I’m a romance and fantasy reader to my core, a Google sheets forever fan, and someone who tries to lead with curiosity in life and work. In operations management, I find that analyzing through a lens of curiosity rather than through a routine results in meaningful takeaways. Whether engrossed in a book or looking over KPIs, finding a new perspective is almost always my goal.
In college I was fortunate enough to study abroad in Milan, Italy and I visited beautiful places like Nice, Budapest, and Copenhagen when I wasn’t getting to know my host city. Skip to present day—when I’m not booking travel I’m running my Online Business Management business…say that five times fast!
Travel booking & operations management are my areas of expertise, and I provide the latter with two goals in mind: targeted growth & efficiency. That can look like daily task support or developing, managing, and evaluating projects. Sometimes I even make a meme or two—my job is all encompassing. And I love it.
